These terms cover T.E.D-i and TwoEasy Office (“the service”), run by TwoEasy Customs (“we”, “us”). They're written to be read, not skimmed past. If something isn't clear, ask us.
The service
T.E.D-i is an AI office assistant for trades businesses. He works inside TwoEasy Office: he reads your emails and files, prepares quotes, invoices, replies and records, and keeps track of your jobs. You talk to him or type to him.
Pricing and the founding offer
- The service is a monthly subscription. Prices are in Australian dollars and include any GST.
- Founding offer: the first 25 customers pay $49/month. That price is held for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and come back later, the normal price at that time applies.
- The normal price is $85/month.
- Joining the waiting list is free and doesn't commit you to anything. Nothing is charged until you sign up.
Fair use
Built for a busy day on the tools. Every day you get about 60 jobs handled (quotes, emails, invoices, look-ups) and about 10 minutes of T.E.D-i talking back — around 50 spoken replies.
- Hit the daily talk time and he keeps going in text until tomorrow.
- Nothing is ever stopped halfway through a job.
- Resets every day. We give 30 days' notice before any limit changes.
The allowance is for running your own business. Sharing an account, reselling the service, or automated scripts hammering it aren't fair use.
Changes to prices, limits or these terms
- We'll email you at least 30 days before any change to your price, your fair-use allowance or these terms that affects you.
- If you don't like the change, you can cancel before it starts, with no penalty.
- A founding price isn't changed while your subscription stays active.
Paying and cancelling
- No lock-in contract. You can cancel any time from Settings, or by emailing us.
- You keep full access until the end of the month you've paid for.
- After that, you have 30 days to download your records (quotes, invoices, expenses, files). Then your account is closed and your data deleted, as set out in our Privacy policy.
T.E.D-i is an AI — you stay in charge
- T.E.D-i prepares; you approve. He doesn't send an email, issue a document or pay anything without you saying so.
- He checks his own work against your records, but he can still get things wrong. Check what he prepares before it goes to a customer, a supplier or the tax office.
- He isn't an accountant, lawyer or tax adviser. Figures he prepares (like a BAS summary) are for you and your accountant to check.
Uncensored mode
T.E.D-i starts clean. If you switch on uncensored mode, he swears. It's off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off any time.
Your data
- Your records are yours. We use them only to run the service for you.
- We don't sell your data, and we don't use it to train AI models.
- How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy policy.
Using the service properly
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to try to copy, scrape or break it. If an account is used that way, we may suspend it — we'll tell you why and give you the chance to fix it first unless it's causing harm.
Our responsibility
- Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Where the law allows, if the service fails, we'll fix the problem or refund what you've paid for the affected period, up to 12 months of fees.
- We aim to keep the service running all the time, but outages can happen. We'll tell you about planned downtime in advance.
The demo page
The demo at twoeasy.com.au/tedi shows T.E.D-i on a sample business with made-up data. It's protected by copyright — please don't copy or clone it.
