This explains what personal information we collect through our website — including the T.E.D-i page at twoeasy.com.au/tedi — what we do with it, and your choices. Short version: we only collect what we need, we use it for T.E.D-i and TwoEasy, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- When you sign in to the T.E.D-i demo: your first name and email, whether you asked us to keep you posted, how you arrived (for example, from our Instagram), and when you visited.
- When you join the waiting list: your name, email, business name, trade, phone (optional), how you found us, which T.E.D-i you tried, and your consent to be emailed about T.E.D-i.
- When you vote for the next T.E.D-i: just your vote — not linked to your name.
- When you use the page: a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in to the demo for 30 days; your choices (like colours) kept in your own browser; bot-protection checks that look at your browser and connection so we can keep automated scripts out; and, if switched on, anonymous usage counts (which buttons get tapped) that never include your name or email.
Why we collect it
- To let you into the demo and check your email address is real.
- To contact you about T.E.D-i and the waiting list — only if you ticked the box to say yes. Every email lets you unsubscribe.
- To understand what's working on the page and improve it.
- To keep bots and scrapers out.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information, or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We use a few trusted service providers to run the website, who handle it only on our behalf:
- Vercel — hosting and bot protection
- Supabase — our database
- Resend — sending sign-in and T.E.D-i emails (when switched on)
- PostHog — anonymous usage counts (when switched on)
Overseas: some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Sign-in codes expire after 15 minutes. We keep your details for as long as we need them for the demo, the waiting list and T.E.D-i updates, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
- See or correct your details: ask us and we'll show you what we hold and fix anything that's wrong.
- Delete them: ask and we'll remove you.
- Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link, or just reply “stop”.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, contact us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
